Free standard delivery across all serviceable Indian pincodes for orders ₹999 and above. Flat ₹79 for orders below ₹999.
24–48 Hr Dispatch (Sizes 0–6)
In-stock standard sizes dispatch within 1–2 business days. Custom & large sizes (7–10) are handcrafted and dispatched in 4–7 days.

3. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping Fee (RTO Policy)
Our delivery partners make up to 3 delivery attempts and send SMS/call updates to your provided mobile number.
- If a parcel returns to our Delhi hub due to an incorrect/incomplete address, wrong pincode, customer unavailability, or doorstep refusal, a ₹100 re-shipping and handling fee will be charged to re-dispatch the parcel.
- Please double-check your complete address (with house/flat number, street, landmark, and valid 6-digit pincode) and an active 10-digit mobile number during your WhatsApp confirmation.
4. Transit Damage & Missing Item Claims (Unboxing Video)
Every poshak undergoes a quality check before dispatch. Because these garments feature intricate handicrafts (zardozi, gota patti, pearls, and stones):

In the rare event of transit damage or an incorrect item:
- Record a single, uncut video showing the sealed outer courier bag with the shipping label clearly visible, opening the package, and inspecting the garment.
- Share the video with us on WhatsApp (+91 98119 04979) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or exchange immediately.
5. Sizing & Exchanges
To respect the sacred nature and hygiene of deity garments, we strongly encourage confirming your Thakur Ji's height with our team on WhatsApp prior to ordering.
If you still need an exchange for an unused, unwashed poshak in its original tags, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Reverse pickup or return courier charges for voluntary size changes are borne by the customer.
