1. Order Placement & Consultation

SUTRAMM facilitates purchases through dedicated WhatsApp consultation. An order is confirmed once:

• The poshak design, size (Sizes 0–10), and fabric requirements are mutually agreed upon in chat.
• Delivery address and valid pincode are verified.
• Full payment is received and verified via valid UPI / Bank transfer reference.

2. Handcrafted Product Variations

Each poshak is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans in India using traditional zardozi, gota patti, stones, and embroidery techniques. Due to the authentic hand-made nature of these garments, slight minor variations in embroidery placement or bead shade may occur, reflecting the unique human touch in every piece.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Standard size pricing begins at ₹400 for 0 no. (4" poshak) and scales based on idol size and embellishment complexity. Shipping charges are applied as per our Shipping Policy (Free on orders ₹999+).

4. Order Cancellations & Custom Work

• In-Stock Orders (Sizes 0–6): May be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of confirmation before the parcel is manifested with our courier.
• Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces (Sizes 7–10): Once cutting and embroidery have commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, written articles, cultural guides, and logo assets on https://sutramm.com are the intellectual property of MM Fashion (SUTRAMM) and protected under Indian Copyright laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
